Achieving Independence

Poverty Relief, Housing Assistance & Disability Support

Through a variety of programs across Maryland, Catholic Charities of Baltimore helps individuals and families achieve independence. Our services offer individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty with meals, shelter, case management and access to resources. We accompany adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing person-centered planning and supports that allow the best community integration possible, while also offering supervised homes for those who need them. We also accompany families created through adoption with supportive services.
