Our Purpose
The purpose of this program is to offer help to people experiencing poverty. We serve people in Allegany and Garrett Counties who are seeking assistance to overcome poverty. We offer a food insecurity assistance program and a once-a-month food program. In addition, we provide families with referrals to access private resources in their county, such as: eviction prevention assistance, free tax preparation services, utility services and much more.
