Community Housing with Catholic Charities
Our Community Housing programs offer safe, subsidized homes, coordinated-entry access, and tailored services that promote stability, wellness, and long-term self-sufficiency across Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
Services include on-site case management which supports each program participant with supportive services through the development of an Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Each person is assessed for need of services to support greater self-sufficiency by referring to community-based support such as behavioral health, substance use treatment, medical services and assisted with employment or workforce development.

Housing Programs
Holden Hall
Permanent Supportive Housing program that provides 14 units of project-based, subsidized Single Room Occupancy housing for single adult men experiencing chronic homelessness.
Hosanna House
Hosanna House is a Baltimore County Permanent Supportive Housing program that provides shared Single Room Occupancy housing for 15 single adult women experiencing chronic homelessness.
