Our Lady of Fatima II, a Catholic Charities Senior Community, offers a total of 68 one-bedroom, rent-assisted apartments for adults 62 and over. The community is located in East Baltimore, at the corner of Kane and Pratt Streets, adjacent to the Our Lady of Fatima church, across from the Anchor Square shopping center, and one block from Eastern Avenue. Shopping, places of worship, a library, two senior centers, and recreational activities are located nearby.
