Penn-North Safe Streets program marks year without homicides
The Penn-North Safe Streets site is marking more than 365 days without a homicide. "It's been a lot of hard work, the work never stopped," said Rochelle Johnson, site supervisor for Penn-North Safe Streets. "We have to continue to work so that we can see more days like this."
