Workforce Development at Catholic Charities of Baltimore
At Catholic Charities of Baltimore, we believe that everyone deserves a career in which they can support their family, feel confident, and grow in.
Catholic Charities’ Workforce Development programs help individuals build the skills, confidence, and credentials needed to secure meaningful employment. Through industry-aligned training, personalized coaching, and comprehensive wraparound support, we prepare participants for lasting careers and long-term stability.
Career and Job Readiness
Personalized Coaching
The client and employment services staff at Our Daily Bread Employment Center offer participants personalized coaching and placement assistance. Our dedicated staff work one-on-one with individuals to identify their strengths, set career goals, and navigate the path to achieving them.
Job Fairs
In collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) Catholic Charities offers monthly job fairs that directly connect eager candidates with employers actively looking to hire.
Our events allow for one on one screening or preliminary interviews and friendly staff is on hand to help with the application process before you leave the building.
