Read what his colleagues have written about him:

Cory Fellows has been employed by Gallagher Services for 23 years. He worked as a DSP before being promoted to Site Manager trainee for 2 Gallagher homes.

Within 6 months Cory was promoted to Site Manager III supervising 3 Gallagher homes.

Cory also serves as a member of the BMC (Behavior Management Committee) as a liaison for the RSN department and is a CPR instructor for the agency. Cory is dependable, hard-working, and committed to the mission of Catholic Charities. He quite often extends his services above and beyond his regular duties. He assists with training new managers and staff on the policy and procedures and job expectations. Cory willingly takes on the additional responsibility of managing a home where there is a manager vacancy until a replacement is found.

Most recently he supervised 4 homes for almost a year as the agency sought out a new manager for 1 of these homes. During COVID the agency had many challenges with staffing vacancies and COVID outbreaks. Cory worked tirelessly around-the-clock on numerous occasions covering shifts to ensure safety and structure in the homes in addition to his regular duties.

During a snowstorm this past winter, Cory rented a 4-wheel drive SUV using his own funds, to transport staff to and from work. Cory is very dedicated to the people supported and they consider him as family. There is a special bond between him and the gentlemen he is responsible for.

Cory is respected by the people supported, families, co-workers, and community professionals. He is a pleasure to work with and definitely demonstrates Catholic Charities’ mission to Love Serve and Teach. It is with great pleasure that I nominate Cory fellows for the Mission in Action Award.
