  Early Head Start of Harford County serves pregnant women, parents, and children under three from low-income families, providing loving care and guidance through a planned curriculum.

  Head Start of Baltimore City is a child and family development program that enables children from low-income families to be better prepared when entering elementary school, thereby improving the likelihood of their success in school and in life.

• Head Start of Carroll County

  Carroll County Head Start and Early Head Start are MSDE Accredited. It is a federally funded program for prenatal through pre-school children from low-income families, focused on providing children with experiences that help them grow and geared to provide families with helpful resources.
